Trench Drain

A Trench Drain across any basement outside doorway is a necessary addition to any Water Tunnel system.

Any basement with an exterior stairwell drain has taken on water when that outside drain clogs up with leaves or freezes. The Trench Drain is designed to eliminate these problems. The Trench Drain is installed just inside of the basement door. It is recessed in the floor and drains underground to the Water Tunnel system. It will never rust or corrode because it is made of a strong durable plastic.

The Trench Drain is the last line of defense in protecting your basement from water infiltration. It will protect the basement when water enters in and around the exterior basement door. The advantage of the trench drain is that it will not freeze or clog due to leaves and debris. The Trench Drain will protect your basement even when you’re not home to unclog the outside drain.
