Geo Channel

The Geo Channel is the most effective way of relieving hydrostatic pressure around the foundation. It is the most advanced engineered solution on the market today. Yard Drainage

Geo Channel makes yard drainage easy. Large pipes and unsightly gravel beds are no longer necessary. Geo Channel is designed to sit in the mud and dirt with no gravel. After a small trench is created, the Geo channel is installed. The dirt is backfilled around the Geo Channel without any stone, and the yard is restored. Geo Channel yard drainage is the least disruptive, most effective way of solving yard drainage issues.

Versatility

The Geo Channel has the unique ability to be placed on top of, or next to the footing. This is an advantage because it has the ability to adapt to any situation. How Does Geo Channel Works

The soil around and under our foundations saturates with water when there is heavy rain. The water in the soil needs to be released from the soil before it can drain to the sump pump and be evacuated away from your home. The Geo Channel’s unwoven fabric effectively releases the water from the soil at a rate of 140gpm. It allows the water to enter the drainage core along the entire length and height of the Geo Channel. The Geo Channel releases the hydrostatic pressure so effectively and efficiently that it never even has a chance to build up. The fabric holds back the soil but allows the water to pass through the soil and through the fabric. The Geo Channel is the only system specifically engineered not to clog for the lifetime.

Cove Drain

Unlike other types of drainage fabrics on the market, the dimpled design allows the new concrete to flow all the way back to the wall. This helps to ensure that the bottom of the wall will not have any inward structural movement.

The Cove Drain is a highly engineered plastic membrane that drains all wall leaks into your new Geo Channel system. The dimpled air gap technology increases the flow of wall drainage, weep hole drainage, and key way seepage to the Geo Channel system, which helps to leave you with a dry basement. Guaranteed!

Trench Drain

The Trench Drain is the last line of defense in protecting your basement from water infiltration. It will protect the basement when water enters in and around the exterior basement door. The advantage of the trench drain is that it will not freeze or clog due to leaves and debris. The Trench Drain will protect your basement even when you’re not home to unclog the outside drain.

Flood Defender

The Flood Defender will contain and drain away any leakage from a hot water tank or any other water device in the event of a leak. The Flood Defender is a plastic containment ring that is installed around water heaters and other water devices that have the possibility off leaking. The water is captured and directed into a drain that is connected to the Geo Channel system. The water flows through the Geo Channel to the Champion Sump System without any harm to your basement.
